Application criteria
Students should normally have, or hope to attain, a 2:i degree classification or better.

Application deadline
The deadline for applications is the first Friday in November for students commencing the BVC the following September.

Interviews
Short-listed candidates will be interviewed between February and April. Candidates will be notified of the results shortly afterwards.

Payment of scholarships and awards
Before payment of a scholarship or award can be made, students must have:
1. Joined the Inn
2. Enrolled on the BVC at a validated institution
3. Signed a declaration that they will proceed with due diligence to qualify for Call to the Bar by this Inn and to hold themselves out for practice.
