When available, the Inn seeks to obtain what are termed restricted market rents which are based on market rents outside the Inn, adjusted to take account of the restriction on letting. Members who have expressed an interest in a residential tenancy will automatically be sent details of flats as they become vacant. All applications are considered by the Management Committee of the Inn, and the ultimate decision may depend on such factors as personal need and service to the Inn.
