Registered European Lawyers
A European lawyer wishing to practise on a permanent basis in England and Wales under his/her home professional title must first contact the Bar Standards Board.

Once permission has been given by the BSB, admission papers may be submitted to your chosen Inn.
Please be aware that admission papers may take up to one month to be processed.
When submitting admission papers; please provide the following:
- 1. Four Inns of Court Form
- 2. Admission Declaration Form
- 3. Certificate of Good Standing from current authorising body (issued within the last 3 months)
- 4. Letter of confirmation from the Bar Standards Board
- 5. Cheque for £100 made payable to Gray’s Inn
- 6. Two passport photos
- 7. Equal Opportunites Form
- 8. Admission Data Protection Statement
